One of the easiest and most impactful thing you can do is create a routine. We've been a remote company at Yocum Technology Group since our beginnings, so we know a little about working remotely and how to make it successful. The best advice we have for anyone just getting started with remote work is: have a routine. Just as you have your normal routine when you work in an office, it's important to establish your "work from home" routine. It can be something that simulates your commute and gets you into the "workspace mindset". Instead of a commute, maybe treat yourself, or doggo, to a walk to start your work day. End your day with a walk as well. This establishes a clear delineation between your "home life" and your "work life", even if your "office" is in a spare bedroom.
